Two short statements must be made on one form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>of being an active VAT payer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on the absence of tax arrears to the tax authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The declarations are submitted to the UCS in hard copy. The consent will also be published in the PUESC system so that your Customs Agency can act on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3: Select an agency to carry out Article 33a clearance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not every customs agency offers clearance under the Article 33a procedure.
