You will learn how to obtain UCS approval and why choosing the right customs agency is crucial here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Article 33a customs clearance - these 2 parameters you must take into account!\" width=\"720\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/aXQrwm8uAEU?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1&#038;origin=https:\/\/alfaagencjacelna.pl\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> <strong>Step 1<\/strong>: Article 33a customs clearance<strong> - see if you can benefit ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for Article 33a, you must meet two basic conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Be an active VAT payer<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Have no tax arrears<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is sufficient to be able to make the relevant declarations and obtain approval from the UCS (Customs and Revenue Service).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2: Make the required declarations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consent to apply Article 33a is not given automatically. Two short statements must be made on one form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>of being an active VAT payer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on the absence of tax arrears to the tax authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The declarations are submitted to the UCS in hard copy. The consent will also be published in the PUESC system so that your Customs Agency can act on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3: Select an agency to carry out Article 33a clearance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not every customs agency offers clearance under the Article 33a procedure.
